PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION. The RegEd Xchange Application is maintained and published by RegEd, Inc. ("RegEd," "we," or "us"). Access and use of RegEd Xchange ("RegEd Xchange Application" or "the Application") is subject to compliance by you ("you" or "user") with the terms and conditions set forth herein. This document should be examined carefully before accessing or using RegEd Xchange Application.

The terms and conditions set forth herein may be modified by RegEd in the future and any such modification will be presented for your review upon login. Continued use of the Application following any such change means you accept the changes.

I. User ID and Password. You are solely responsible to maintain as personal and confidential the assigned unique User ID and activating passwords and to prevent their unauthorized use. You are prohibited from transferring or sharing the RegEd-assigned unique User ID and from revealing the activating passwords to any other person. Any violation of the foregoing may result in an immediate termination of your access to the RegEd Xchange Application and liability to RegEd for all damages resulting from such breach.

II. Cookies. Cookies are small text files, which are stored on the hard drive of a user's computer. The use of cookies is an industry standard. RegEd employs cookies to recognize you and your access privileges for certain locations on the Application as well as to track Application usage. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you do not accept cookies from RegEd, you cannot access some areas of the Application. RegEd may, in its sole discretion, perform analysis of the collective characteristics and behavior of users to measure interests in the Application and in the Materials (for product development and other business development purposes).

III. Application Data. RegEd is not responsible for the accuracy of information about you that is provided to it by the firm with which you are associated, and data about you provided to us by third parties, including, but not limited to, state departments of insurance, professional designation boards, the National Association of Insurance Commissioners or the National Insurance Producer Registry, Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) or other third parties. If the data in the Xchange Application about you is not accurate, please contact the compliance, licensing or registration department of the firm with which you are associated for the purpose of accessing and correcting the data that we maintain about you. Any revisions you make to your personal data in the Xchange Application will be applied in our records but may not be updated in the records of the third parties from which your data has been obtained, or may be overwritten by data provided by such Client to us. From time to time, in order to ensure that transactions that either you or your firm have requested to be processed on your behalf, RegEd may also modify your data as provided to us, solely for the purpose of providing it to regulators in the format required by such regulators in order to ensure that the particular transaction that has been requested may be processed.
